Ok... let's say I wanted to start a website design business, and I wanted to get paid through paypal... here's what I'm clueless on...
(1) What is the process that the person would go through to pay.
(2) How would I be informed that someone wanted their site to be designed?
(3) How does this money get to me?
(4) Does the person pay before? Or after the site is designed?

because people might reconsider, and they do.
