interpreter - banAnnA - 02-02-2003 Yes, I have downloaded QB 4.5 now, but I have to transfer it to my own computer, that takes somewhat time, since I'm not to fast in some things.... So I got an interpreter (at least, I think I did...) from the net, called TSR-basic. The thing is, I don't know how it works. There is a readme- file where a lot of basic functions are explained, but the only thing I wanted to know is how to get my *.bas file into an .exe one. The help file says you should do anything with the LINK command, but I haven't figured it out yet. Is anyone familiar with this programm and know how to use it? interpreter - Hexadecimal Disaster - 02-02-2003 Wait until you get your QB45 copy. Then, there will be lots of people willing to help you. interpreter - na_th_an - 02-02-2003 It fits in a diskette, just copy it to one empty one and transfer it to your computer LINK.EXE comes with many DOS compilers, for example QB, Borland C... Anyway, I haven't used TSR Basic nor I know anyone who used it, so you better stick to QB45/PDS/VBDOS. interpreter - toonski84 - 02-03-2003 dont use tsr basic. do yourself a favor and wait, or at the very least go for powerbasic. |
