lol! well, it's a real animal to! I can't say I've had the "priveledge" to read a hardy boys book.

Well actually it was a real animal which was hunted and 'stuffed' in that particular mystery. Big Grin

Actually, these books are kinda old, their publication began in 1927. Written by Franklin W. Dixon(A ghost writer created by Edward Stratemeyer)

Yeah I too thought that at first but I did a quick search and it told me this! :o The series was started in 1927.
