I read that a WIKI was where any user can edit pages...but only admin (or moderators?) can edit the FAQ...

If you read the link I gave you the issue is discussed. We decided that a pure WIKI was not a good idea 'cause any pimp could go and change everything to write "ME IZZ LEETTZZ!!!!!1111one" so Haexadecimal Disaster took an existing and simple PHP WIKI implementation and changed it quite a bit to add the code tag and the password system. Only trusted people would be given the password, nothing to do with being admin or moderator (I have access, for example).
