I asked for ideas before, and all I got back was "make it blazingly fast", which isn't completely the fault of the design...
If I get more ideas I'll go for it. QBasic IDE is one idea (though I think it wouldn't look the best...). Any other ideas?

Of course make it possible to select another skin besides it. Qbasic isn't the prettiest thing in the world to look at, of course. But it would give the site an awesome feel...
