I have this sprite:
Which is a character (duh)
Seeing as I suck at drawing characters (the image above is a lucky fluke)
I need help making walking, running, standing attacking, animations..
The animations should be series of BMP's, the same size as above, same colours as above, and same character split up as above (marked knees elbows etc etc)
Also, 8 directions for each animation, so walking in 8 directions, running 8 directions etc...
Anyone want to help with this? Please... *begging*

Actually, just 4 (or 5, south, north, east, south east, north east)directions for each action...
The other 4 (or 3) can be mirrored....

I might be able to help you there...
We could use my 3D editor to create a guy and take screenshots of the direction and frame you want...
I'm going to just cut the hastle and do it in VB, but It should be done relatively quicker than its taken for QB

You can make gfx in VB? i have VB 6 and i thought that it was for Structured Windows programming, And hey oz is there a way i can find a 3D editor or something to learn with?

I've yet to find much you cannot do in VB (OK, console programming is a tad difficult without the ability to use unions) but graphics in VB are ubereasy. I did all the stickman graphics for Fundee in VB.
