FBXL -- Coming Soon To A Desktop Near You - adosorken - 02-14-2005 Tacky subject! Well that's okay. Anyways, the GUI Compiler has long since needed a name, and as we were all laughing at the PB n00bz, I suddenly came up with the name FBXL: FreeBASIC Extension Language. After all, it is what the GUI Compiler is...an extension of the language. So now, instead of calling it "the GUI Compiler", we can call it "FBXL". Less typing, too. So anyways, there will be a dedicated website up for it within a couple of days, being worked on concurrently with the new V Planet. As stated before, expect a demo release in April. As for FIDO...it's one of the projects I've temporarily put on hold as part of my "project cleanup" routine. There is already a good IDE for FB out there and more in the works, so I've dropped FIDO out of my priority list for the time being to focus on FBXL and V Planet. FIDO will go back into production once FBXL is generating code. FBXL -- Coming Soon To A Desktop Near You - relsoft - 02-14-2005 kool!!
