It looks cool, but it seriously needs some antialiasing. Look at SFA3 sprites and you'll get my point.

anti-aliasing would make it a *little* bit less jaggy but jaggies arent his problem so much as shape and form. instead, i would study those sf3 sprites for consistency and human form. sure, they have overexaggerated muscles but relative dimensions are kept accurate. y'know, one leg isnt longer than the other, the arms arent longer than the leg, and they have distinguishable waists.
i'm not saying the sprite sucks or nothing (it's better than anything i could do at your age, FAR better), but you might want to study a wee bit in human anatomy to get sizes and shapes right.
