They're never going to care about the little generic ones... Hell, don't they even supply those icons with VB? (mind you, I haven't owned a version since 4.0).
Have you even take a look at the link I put up a few posts back? It clearly says you may use the icons supplied with ms visual studio, but under there license agreement. And when you use a borland development set wel I don't think the ms license covers that part.
