You can also get backups using phpMyAdmin in a easy way. But things happen, and if the data is lost, well, it's lost. In this case hackers scrambled everything. In my case these assholes at coolfreepages terminated my account without warning. Both of us lost data... but life's still going on, so what's the point discussing about backups and the such.
