According to former president Ronald Reagan's son Mike Reagan, the reason that the Virgina Tech massacre happened was because the Virginia legislature passed an "absurd" law to ban people from legally carrying concealed handguns on college campuses for self defense. If the government had allowed them, then this incident wouldn't have happened.

No, it still would of happened, but he would of been shot down before he would be able to kill more than 3-4 people.

... but we'd have dozens of drunk college kids shooting at each other, potentially harming innocent bystanders.
