News isn't being added quick enough

If you mean for adding the news to the 'News' forum, that wouldn't be neccesery, you would just set 'post new thread' (something like it not sure) permissions on that forum to 'Private' and create a user group with permissions to 'post new thread' in that forum. Admin will always be able to do it no matter what.

I know that - it's just that anyone should be able to post in that forum, the post just has to be approved
