Oh pardon me, I didnât know that. ^_^o If that is what you are asking, well I got some EXCELLENT news for you: you are DEFINITELY ALLOWED to use Neoâs own lib (NeoLib 1.6) â or for that matter, any other QB lib that was created for any QBCPC at all â as part of your project creation, because to be clearly specific here, there is nothing in rule #4 that says that you are not allowed to do so. And that is that!
