QB Express Celebrates One Year: Issue #12 Released
#33
The 3 most common arguments are:

  1. Scrollbars are not actually supposed to be changed without a user's permission because it is an integral part of the UI.
  2. For scrollbars, there are no colour-related tags, CSS properties, or anything similar in any official W3C specification.
  3. IE is made by Microsoft; it should be defenestrated because Microsoft gave it special things while not concentrating on the vital parts, unlike the Mozilla Foundation.

For scrollbars and other UI-related things, such as the navigation toolbar, themes are available for Firefox.

Firefox lacks Fixed BG support? No it doesn't. You lack Fixed BG support. Tongue Just kidding. Please explain what you mean.
