I found the following puzzle a bit of a head-scratcher, but got there in the end. What i'm interested in though is a computer program to solve it.
I think that it may be some kind of exact cover problem, that could be solved by Knuths DLX. Maybe it isn't though. I'm sure good use of Boolean Logic is the way to solve it though.
I'd love to see anyone's program. I started one but it was a bit brute-force, so i'm going to rethink.
There will be no time-limits, or even winners to this challenge, but you do get a smug face if you can do it, and that's what counts!
