I dunno.... Those suits look hard to move around in, plus it bright (stick out like a sore thumb), that type of clothing would rustle as you moved (Useless to sneek up on somebody with), and besides, it's not the number of wepons a ninja has, it's how well he can use the one he has.... Tongue
