So I really couldn't care less if you removed all of your files. (Well, other than Zap loosing some traffic, as I'm sure you're a major cog when it comes to keeping FP up and running. Somehow I doubt Zap will care that much about you deleting your files. It's a free file hosting service, do the math.)
I haven't talked to KiZ for ages, well... actually I did talk to him pretty recently regarding a file-pasta.com bug, that I relayed to Zap. But other than that, nope, haven't talked to him about this matter at all.
Same goes for Dr_D, really haven't talked to him since.. well.. can't even remember.
But sure, both KiZ and Dr_D are stupid anyways, incapable of objective thought process, highly open to suggestive content and utterly incapable of source critique.

Non-US citizens can not press charges against US citizens, unless that citizen broke a law in the non-US citizens nation, while physically being there (Then he'd be arrested and it would be the reverse, the US having to demand extradition from the non-US citizens nation).
And just for your information, Sumo Jo was not in Denmark when he stole the FA code.
Granted, Zap could always demand Sumo Jo extradited, but it's not like that's going to happen. A few reasons:
#1: The total amount is $1000
#2: Fileanchor is/was not a high traffic website
#3: The US generally does NOT extradite citizens
Put those together and the chances to get Sumo Jo to Danish court is pretty damned close to 0.
