On the QBasic discussion forum, there are two stickies: The first one is especially a problem.
The problem: If I am a qbasic programmer searching for some forums to participate in, the first thing I see is what looks like a technical question/answer at http://forum.qbasicnews.com/index.php?board=3.0
It says "SCREEN RESOLUTION" and is dated May 31, 2006.
I then conclude "This forum is dead. No activity since 2006" so I go elsewhere. Actually this happened to me some months back and I updated my links section http://www.network54.com/Realm/QBZips/QBZips.html
to say this forum was inactive.
I now see that my conclusion was based on that sticky.
I recommend removing it. Even the next one could go, but at least it looks like a sticky and is immediately followed by more recent posts, so even though nobody in the history of the universe has ever read a sticky, it could remain.
Just a suggestion.
