Here's a question, if someone was to make a QBasic game, which type would catch your interest the easiest?
PS Only one vote please, and it'll run for 3 days
If you choose other, the please post what other type would want to play.

I'd like to see some more arcade platformers... There's just so many amateur RPGs and stuff out there all ready. I want to check out something with lots of graphical brilliance, but that I can beat in an hour...
I was actually thinking of trying to make a SCREEN 12 platformer. That would have the potential for a lot of class, I think

Well well well, we've all become fed up of RPG's now have we?
Hehe I guess now the lack of completed RPG's is getting to everyone's head. You're right wizardlife, newbie programmers see the huge amount or qbrpgs and try make their own, thinking it'll be real easy. Easy? No, not with the expectations that we have today. What ever happened to all the arcade classics? I would much rather make a minigame like pacman or invaders rather than a demo rpg.
Anyway, thanks alot to you guys who voted

I've only finished one(maybe) two rpgs(Dink Smallwood to be precise, although some "people" would say its not an rpg ;-) ). Personally I'd love to see more strategy style games, i.e. Commandos/Starcraft.

There need to be more great multiplayer games! A game in qb that supports tcp would totally rock!!!!
Heck tournaments could be hosted!
Having said that, a quick search on cyber dogs on google foud this:

Btw cyber dog 2 is there and theres supposed to be "suped up graphics."

it's called CDogs. And it's nice. I saw a project in qb that were a clone of it...
