I'll drop it out of a 20th floor window, and it'll crash sure as hell. Wink

But I find the part about rednecks and Deer Hunter insulting... I'm a redneck hacker who plays Deer Hunter occasionally and has a gun rack in his pickup truck... 8)

ALL I know about Macs is that the schools bought brand new ones for a stupid typing class (that I barely missed the test out on) and within two days they were literally stalling and freezing up all the time, and all we were doing on them was typing in WORD. So, from that experience and several others I have grown up in life bashing macs to hell.

My university's comp sci department bought a 4 or 5 of those mac 21 inch screens (>>$2000 at the time.. I think) when they could have just bought some new damn computers, or hired a damn janitor to clean up the room. It smells and the keyboards/monitor is disgusting, plus it crashes all the time. (several year old... 200mhz?? networked computers)

Hey, Toonski. You say that the manufacturer for Macs makes good chips? Motarola(SP?) can't chip fab worth the silicon the microprocessors are made of. Fun fact: We were working on a metal detector and the thing just wouldn't work. So we opened it up and saw two ICs. One was a ST Microelectronics the other was Motorola(SP?). We said that the Mot was the bad one pulled it out and plugged an NTE(not good but not as bad as Mot) and what do you know, it worked.
o, let me get this straight. You want to fly on a magic carpet to see the King of the Potato People and plead with him for your freedom, and you're telling me you are completely sane?! -A.J. Rimmer

A 90% of the articles in MS QuickBasic Knowledge Base are about bugs in a software called QuickBasic 1.0 for Mac...

And Macs are not only for nerds, the OS X is just an X-Window in top of an Unix OS, so you can theoretically go back to this text mode real geeks are supposed to use..

You have Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer also, and it freezes like a PC, so what's the difference?
