Arg! Windows XP won't let me map physical memory!!!

This would be suitable for a 3d lib for example, where the textures don't change and can permanatly be alloacted in pmode. Or even 2d, as long as you don't have anyone trying to do 100 zillion psets per frame. Cuz you'd need a huge queue ánd it wouldn't be worth while anyway. And you'll need surfaces of course.
