If a MIRV went off near you you wouldn't *have* a siesmograph... you'd be lucky if you had an aluminium *atom* left after it... but my siesmograph (located in New Zealand) would definately feel the blast as a crater the size of europe was gouged out...

reason when it fell down in my garden, I fixed some buggy
M$ circuits, installed linux, added some extra explosives
and finally painted it green before sending it back to you.
