it fails the first one and fails to make a 500kb block. Here is my config.nt file:

DOS=high,umb
EMM=RAM
FILES = 40

when I tried it with vdmsound's memory emulation it also failed.
it worked with dosbox, but dosbox wont run a lot of qbasic games.

I edited my _default.pif to have maximum settings in all categories and tried all the checkboxes, but to no avail.

2.4 ghx Toshiba Satellite laptop. 512 ddr, Windows XP using and NT file system.
am: "Where should I put this thing so that it doesn't hurt anyone we know or care about?"
Max:"Out the window, Sam. There's nobody but strangers out there."
