Well, I tried to stop it. I thought me saying to lock the thread and that this was a waste of time was the last thing that needed to be said here, but apparently I'm wrong. Go on people... carry on...

Quit trolling here, don your flamesuit, grab a copy of slrn and head on down to usenet. Unmoderated, thread-based forums for all with just about every topic under the sun being argued. At a start you could try looking at comp.lang.basic.misc and alt.flame.
If you dont know what usenet is, or how to get connected then you could try using this helpful research tool: http://www.google.com/ (hint: google does more than search html based webpages), at least that may occupy you for a few hours so that you can take a break from making an idiot of yourself here.

You're the reason why you feel like you are having no fun... look at almost any other thread and you will see that we all happily get along together, and if someone is rude or something someone will jokingly say "hey, watch it" and usually there isn't a problem after that. The post I mad that set you off: did you notice the [scolding] tags? That was the joke, and you took it all out of proportion, because you didn't look around to see how things worked here.
I'm sorry if you felt offended by what I said earlier. Please accept my apoligies and let's all abandon this thread.

As for trolling, it wasnt trolling until someone mentioned Israel, which is where that kid always explodes.
I tried to find the neozones thread that brought about this little misunderstanding war, but it's rolled off the viewable part of neobasic's forum.

Heck, being the bored person I am, I actually went to neozones and sniffed out the little thread that you and Flex were arguing about. Flex said, "I hate flat threads"(or something like that). And you said "well, you hate 80% of the internet"
