Hrmm...I have no idea why it's failing to work for you. :???: Sorry man. Oh well, it's not worth hearing much anyway. I thought if this radio thing did work well, I'd use it in the future to share my home recordings. Thanks for taking the time to try it out.

BTW, did you ever post a picutre of the car MP3 player you built? I missed it if you did...

It works perfectly, Dav. IE5.5 and Win2000 here.

It would be so cool that you shared your music with us, Dav Smile

No, I was going to put up a section on my new site for it. But it looks like it might be awhile before I have time to finish the site, so I may just put up some temporary stuff. (pics and source code)

I'm selling my car in a few weeks before I leave for college, so I have to finish taking the pics of it installed and then take it out of the car Sad

Na_th_an: Thanks man. I'll be posting some music as soon as I get more web space. Right now I don't have enough space for 1 high-quality MP3. I have set up a temporary music page. It's here: http://home.carolina.rr.com/davs/music

Flexibal: Nope, that's not my voice. They're all computer generated -- not real at all. I made them using this web page: http://www.research.att.com/~ttsweb/cgi-bin/ttsdemo
It's cool - just type in the words, select a voice, and it spits put a WAV file for you. I used this for the Speaking Clock/Alarm I made in RapidQ, here (it's 576k): http://home.carolina.rr.com/davs/codepost/saytime.zip

Plasma357: Cool. I'd like to see the thing.

Dav,
My speakers are on, I change channels, but I can't hear anything. Is it subliminal music or what?

Heh... just one channel is supposed to be quiet, the Telepathy Broadcast station. Sorry it's not working for you either (maybe that's a good thing though...Smile) What browser are you using?

Most likely, the issue shoud be base upon the internet security settings. I bet that people that can't use the radio have restrictions on which scripts can be run in a non-trusted area.
