electrical charge...
#1
wire A and B:

Code:
----------------

----------------

Suppose this becomes:

Code:
--------------------

    -----------
--              -
-                 -

Is there any way to generate electricity through this movement?

You need a magnetic field.

and....... Magneto. heh
am an asshole. Get used to it.

Most likely, no, unless there already is an electric current flowing through the wires.

well if high current goes by wire A and you move wire B at high velocity you will generate electricity in wire B

BUT... very very very very low current will be in wire B

so ... its the worst transformer with a great lose....

in teory works... but in practice go and get a transformer....

If there is current on A, it will generate a magnetic field. Moving B to A that magnetic field will induce a minimal current in B whilst B is in movement.

right..

Look:

Code:
__
                        | |
                        | |
                        | |
                        | |
             WIND   =>  | |     <=   WIND
                        | |
                        | |
GROUND-----------------------

The structure is a cylinder with a rounded top. Could also be one of a hundred configurations.... donut, dome, etc.

Could also be a building; like a steel igloo.

Code:
|]    [|

(outer sail, wiring, empty space, inner wiring, inner wall)

Wind blows on the outer sail. Dispersed metal wiring on outer sail moves closer to inner wiring creating electrical charge. Electrical charge is collected at concentration points, sent to the center of the structure and then out to the electricity grid.

Could also be a flat underground material, preferrably on hills or cliffs. Perfect for harvesting energy on otherwise barren frozen wastelands.

Sail structure is loose everywhere except the outer perimeter, where it is bolted to the ground.

The amount of electrical current induced is minimum. Maybe with a big structure like a building you could fill the battery in your walkman if you let run it for two days. And you still need an existing current: electricity cannot be generated from nothing.
