ftp (the one that comes with windows) is usually sufficient.

I use WS_FTP (limited edition). It works great.

i use WS_FTP (cracked jocke) too. it does a great work and is much more entertaining than CuteFTP......even the name sux.....^^

Linux: gFTP Nothin' beats it
Windows: WS_FTP LE (Sometimes it transfers stuff 10 times faster than the norm :o)
