sliq was released back in the hazy days of 1999, which many would call the height of the scene.
Looks to me like the scene might be slowly getting reborn. Too bad support for QB is fading away. I bet longhorn doesn't even support DOS programs at all.

I think Longhorn wont be released until 2005 or 2006. Also, we do have options of multiple OSs and Linux with DOS Emu =P
