Help with input

I have recently aquired a barcode scanner and was wondering if (and how) QBasic would except input from the Communications Port (COMM1, COMM2, or COMM5). Your help would be greatly appreciated.

theres a page on this site that shows how. just do this in the "help" sections. it's easier to find the stuff there. just run a search for "serial inputs" and you'll probibly find it. i'm out
