This isn't actually about the forum, but I love how the site now doesn't have those annoying ad banners on every side.

One suggestion: Many times when a site opens a forum, there are so many different forum-sections and since there arn't so many members the forums looks quite empty. My suggestion is that one should start with 1-3 different forums (Site issues, Programming and General for example) and later on (if the number of visitors/posters are growing) expand with more forum-sections. But hey, that's only my opinion 8)

BTW it's a bit slow...but that's understandable, considering it's run from a home server.

Pffft... well, get in there and make it full! A forum's only made up of the people who visit.
