Quote:I drink nothing but water. Spring water. Not distilled. That has pretty much no trace of "unhealthiness" in it.
Tap water, eh? Chlorine, rust, possibility of tetanus, whatever else is sitting in the pipes...
Why don't you just go squirt a bit of houshold-cleaning chlorine in your sandwich? Mind as well.

I'll keep drinking my city water, thankyouverymuch.

Tap water here is of extreme quality as well. It is the water I drink.

Jatos: It's pretty simple...just boil water, with something for the evaporation to condense on, above the pot. Then the drips slide down into a container. Distilled water. But it isn't the best way to have water. It has almost no calcium in it, let alone other minerals, so when it passes over your teeth, it does leech some calcium off them.
Plasma: yup, bottled spring water is indeed pretty hype-ish and a great spa-friendly scam. But uh...I buy my water in very large jugs, from a well. That's how everybody, up until a hundred years ago or so drank it.

I'm not saying that if you drink tap water you'll shrivel up and die. I'm just saying that in the long term, you might not want to ingest all the chemicals.

I'd rather drink the juice that comes from huge machines and slave labor of fruit farmers around the world.

Postmix water is great. I don't know if its purified or just ice cold, but its the best tasting water out there.

Unfortunately some areas of New Zealand now have unsafe tap water which must either be boiled or distilled before drinking. Luckly Im living in a city with nice clean water.
