Quite good, but the feet are too square. The toes are not normally lined up like that, they are a diagonal line, or curve back.

have you tried flexing your own arm? knowing the position and work of muscles will help you draw a proper arm. same with the rest of the body. the art is cleaner this time, so it looks like you're using the line tool

BTW do you know the body proportions? I think they will help you while drawing a full body figure.I dont really remember it was quite a long time ago that i drew =P.

I've found that when trying to learn to draw, it's best to draw something you are looking at, so you have a basis for what to improve and a real-life example for what it should look like. Dont stop drawing what you want, but at least try and chug through a few still lifes and portraits.
