I've done a bit of work on it today, here's a link to a screenshot of the header and a wee bit of the index that I have done:

It's lost a little bit of quality but looks pretty close to the origional.

If someone wants to make a QBnews logo with bg color #99BBFF (300X100) I'll put that up instead of my crappy subOracle logo.

Bleh, the new design has some grey in it - I'm thinking of making the blue up the top a bit lighter and a bit more grey as well.
