Moneo, Mexico has a ton of strange laws
 Rhiannon's mother goes to Mexico pretty frequently...nice country, but everyone's too spread out!

Mexico City doesn't make up the entirety of Mexico
 it's what we call the exception to the rule. I would go into my usual speech about basing entireties on exceptions but I don't think my network connection will hold up that long

It is a general feature of any country/place. Population is concentrated around the economic/industrial areas while is spread out in the country side.

If people in Mexico arent so spread out, why would mom have to take a plane or an 8 hr busride to go from one end to another? Mexico aint Puerto Rico Moneo
