u should use php if you can and because you can use html tags in php and also use php.

And I tend to use PHP for scalability. QBNZ has turned into a nightmare to update because it was completely HTML. I'm working on changing that though...

You should use CGI. PHP is just one of the many cgi languages out there.

I don't use it day to day, but it's a darn fine language. It's next version is getting powered on Parrot I heard, which should be interesting.
