I don't think so, it'd just be hugely more convenient (I'm on a flat monthly rate thingie). I've been trying to convince my parents for ages, but they're steadfast in their miserly outlook

Have you presented to them the pros and cons of both the services? i.e. 33k modem vs 256/512K broadband?
