I have noticed an amazing ability in some led's (in my case one's on the rm screens...) to stay on when the powers not? Don't ask me how it works...

The computer: Probably some capacitors
(works approx like small accumulators)

The spike protector: I guess it's aither capacitors
or coils that causes the effect...

Try unplugging the machine. If the lights stay on, blame it on the Martians - otherwise, it's a faulty circuit. Tongue
