Who wants to work on a very stylistic movie?
#1
Before I continue: I do not want to hear your opinion on anything. If you don't like my idea, don't think any one will want to help, then fuck off. Go bitch elsewhere.

I am soon going to begin writing a screenplay for an extremely stylistic movie about Sicilian men who travel to Rio, and the drama that is their lives in the City of Gold.

The movie is not going to be acted, I want it to be like an animated comic - a series of stylistic graphic scenes with animation and voice overs. The animation will be minimal and used to ambience and atmosphere only.

I want to compose the music myself, and I will write the screenplay. For voice-acting I am uncertain as to what exactly I want to do, but that is a long way down the road.

What I need are artists, those who can draw with a creative style. I don't want anime and I don't want Powerpuff girls.

I am looking for dark, atmospheric scenes. Since it is going to graphics intensive, art drawn then scanned and computer coloured will be suitable. If you have animation experience, that is definately a plus.

I said I haven't written the screenplay yet. I've got research to do, I've got to think about a lot, but it's obviously debatable in terms of story and content.

I'm aiming for this to be 30 minutes long or so. There will be atmosphere, mood and a sense of fear conveyed through the art.

If you are willing to help out, that's great. Post here and we'll talk.

I can draw a bit... I'd have to pull out the pad and pencil though and practice though. Dunno if you would want me.

You should ask RyDeFly. He posted at Deviantart that he's hoping he can come back.
