Leroy got pissed off when Blitz/v1ctor released DSOCK, which was code that v1ctor wrote for the multiplayer portion of subshock. Apparently Leroy thought he owned the rights to the code or something, and then to "punish" everyone he took the subshock site down for a while, and then announced there would now never be multiplayer in subshock.
Some people never grow up. (I wouldn't count on subshock ever getting finished, either...)

That's almost correct. v1ctor wanted to code something like dsock for a long time but didn't becuase he thought that noone would use it. But They asked him to help them with it, he started to code it. After he was done he waited along time for them to release a test publicly. Which they didn't want to do, and they also wanted to call dsock ssnet and have Leroys name on it and not release the source or let anyone else use it (as always). Anyway, he got bored and told me he wanted to release it. And Leroy being my favorite person in the world, it took the chance and released it as fast as i could.
Heeehee, the rest is history. Heeehe. Anyway, subshock is dead. Has been for years and months. They're just to stubborn to admit to it.
