The link in the tutorial section [tutorial 3] takes you to a place that says:

No, no, no...you WANT to read an entire tutorial on one line? No.
Go to http://ultimateqb.com/tutorials.html and scroll to the bottom of the page. The second last item will be "tutors.zip". That's a zip file of all of Vic Luce's tutorials, including tutor3, and this time, in proper format.
