Does anyone know if there's an AppWizard, or any other kind of add-in that supports Visual Basic in the Visual C++ programming environment?

What do you mean, Visual Basic in the VC++ Ide, or mixing languages?

Not in MSVC98 (v6). Get .NET and you got plenty of those kind of mixtures.
