yes, it worked.


oh, btw, big boo boo on my part! the programs i was talking about that let people choose their screen resolution is future lib :oops: sorry blitz! yeah, only the vesa parts of ugl doesn't work for me. and my integrated junky video card is to blame.

I just realized there is a fairly decent raycaster made in almost pure qb (you have to remove the call interrupt statements since it is used for the mouse). It doesn't have sprites or that stuff and I'm not really sure of the framerate but I do know it is fast even on older computers.

The floor and sky are one solid color so nothing special there. It features textured walls and that is about it. In the past though I tried and succeeded at adding collision detection without any major difference in speed.

But I cant work out how on earth the thing is still hosted on Quickhost!? I thought uploads expired within a week! Its been nearly two months since I uploaded it!?

Read about extra days on quickhost, you gain extra days depending on the number of hits. (My idea, my code, yeay)

Your raycaster had lot's of hits =)
