From the captionbar font, it looks like XP without the stupid XP theme.

Hmm, I gotta say...I just registered at Gmail, and in IE you can't click on the buttons. Probably my fault, though...
But in Firebird it works fine. Guess it's time to switch again. 
f only life let you press CTRL-Z.
