how can i copy and paste code from Internet explorer to QB? im new to the forum but im starting to learn 2d in QB but i have never figured this problem out. thanx for the help!

Its easy Wink

Just copy the code, then make a new text file. Paste the text into the file. Save, and rename the extension from .txt to .bas

Bas files are saved as plain text. So the transition is easy. But they can also be saved as binary. The option is when you save them =)

Of course there is the masochist way of copying the code from Internet Explorer, opening QB and pressing ALT-ENTER to make QB windowed, and then right-clicking the title bar, EDIT->Paste!
f only life let you press CTRL-Z.

It works if the code doesn't have any subs or functions. If there is indenting, though, it gets messed up pretty bad.
