Well I'd like to step in line as well, if that's alright. But since I probably won't end up getting an invite since this is a long list indeed, does anybody have any insider information as to when gmail is going to come out for everbody? Perhaps they will just let it spread by invites?

As for when it's released, they haven't said. Also, thanks to quite a few forums doing the same thing I'm doing, it's spreading very rapidly.

As soon as I get an invite....... I have to keep e-mailing people... but my brother wants one first of all, and then I'll start giving them to people here on the list. Just make sure that you post when you give one to someone so they don't accidentally get two, right?

Can you do invites in order. You get more. It's not like after you use them you are done. That way, everyone can get them, but it happens in an orderly fashion without people being skipped.
