If your program uses EMS or XMS...
#1
please include a .pif file of your program with the EMS and XMS settings to auto. This is because when you compile with QB, it sets the defaults of the EXE to run with no EMS or XMS. I'm just tired of having to go change these settings when I try people's software. Remember to also blank out the command line and working directory in the .pif file or else the user will have to change that as well. Thanks

search for _DEFAULT.PIF and make the settings there. Every MSDOS .EXE that doesn't have an associated .PIF will read from that one.
