I searched all over for the file 'IRX.COM'. Does anyone know where I can download this? And if anyone has it could they send it to me? My emails

Yeah, that's what I meant..
But I did! He was the one that sent me the ipx program, he just told me to go to the forums for an answer. Maybe he lost it...

Nath, you found me another IPX client, it worked just as well for me.. but not with the program Screenname wants to run/learn from... =(

Well, exactly, I just want to see a chat client that has been made in DOS and runs, so you can communicate to other people all over the world
