That should do the trick... a crafty way to code it's decision making attributes. I'm not sure about Zack, but HQSneaker is making a Pacman game and he 's making ghost AI. The only thing that would be lacking is the use of a maze grid... but I think the idea of how the whole thing works is the best example anyway, so it should be good for anything if you use your imagination.

Well, he can use your modified A* pathfinding algo since I thought it rocked. :*)

I'm glad you liked it, cause I thought it was pretty cool too, but it's also very generic... I mean it only has 1 goal for each entity and 01decision based on consequence... then again, I guess it does get the basic idea across.

I made my own algo I'll post it as soon as I can get to the code again
