I actually have a Mac emulator since I wanted to play a bunch of my old mac games I had. I got Mac OS 9 installed on it. I don't particularly care for it. Windows 2000 is the best OS period. I love it! I have yet to crash it. I've being using it since the beginning of summer. Windows does everything I need perfectly. If I moved to a mac, I would be bored with my computer, and frankly a bit pissed off just because I don't like it. Mac's don't have any programs I like to use. If I were going to move to a new OS, it would be to Linux. And I really don't want to do that either.

I can't run stuff that I usually use on my comp, on a Mac. Stuff like QBasic, Visual Basic, and Visual C++, and sometimes DJGPP. And most importantly, any programs I've ever made.

I hate Macs. Period. Tongue

Oh, and I'm by no means a Microsoft lover or anything. Microsoft can go and rot in hell for all I care. Just as long as I can use Windows 2000 I'm fine.

I love iMacs, but I work on PCs. And about that "rule/sucks" rants... I just can't stop laughing. :rotfl:

- You can't run VB in a Mac... but you can't run PhotoShop in Linux... and that's really a shame.
- I didn't know that the Aetherfox's Mac has 512mb of ram 2 years ago. One thing's for sure, though. That Mac costed 3 times a standard PC.

C'mon. Every system has pros and cons. So chill down and relax, Macs and PCs will stay in its place, Linux will stay far behind Windows and time will stay running and the world will stay rotating.

Personally I don't like macs. They are goofy lookin and only faster than x86 pc in clock for clock matches. A 1ghz mac will by no means be faster than a 3ghz pentium 3 or ClawHammer.
o, let me get this straight. You want to fly on a magic carpet to see the King of the Potato People and plead with him for your freedom, and you're telling me you are completely sane?! -A.J. Rimmer

Excellent point. I never would've thought of that. But it's true. In the Future Shop ad's that get mailed out... every Mac in there is at least $500 (usually more) more expensive than the PC's.

But... You know what? Mac's and PC's both have their strong points. Let's leave it at that. Wink

BTW I never once said that I'm basing everything on a Mac emulator. (Though, on a scale of 1 to 10 for being EXACTLY like a real Mac (I told you my cousin has one of those iMacs which I've used) I give it a 9.5. And... who what exactly is wrong with VB? Or VC++? I know it's made by Microsoft, but you know what? Microsoft is a fact of life. Get used to it. lol Wink
