My programming environment is rather special, and requires a few things to get the maximum productivity and imagination out of me. I like my environment to:
> Be comfortable (important)
> Have access to music
> Be quiet (important for concentration)
> Have relaxing lighting. (not too bright, not too dark)
Yup, theres that laptop that you guys helped me out with, running Litestep. ;P
So lets see everyone elses programming environment. Do you have anything which is important about your working environment?

I don't have any one programmnig enviroment I just do it on one of networks computers, or laptop. When I have my own house I will probably have a room just for computers.

Yeah, being a college student I can code anywhere.

I don't program too much anymore, but my computer is located on the platform between two sets of stairs (the landing). There's the chair, a cupboard and on it the keyboard and moniter, behind that another cupboard with the printer, behind that the actual computer unit with the webcam and speakers on top of it. It's facing sideways, towards the stairs. The mouse is placed on the windowsill directly to the users' right.
It's kind of like a Hong Kong internet cafe. Cramped.
[EDIT] Here's a diagram of what it's like:
f only life let you press CTRL-Z.
